The Institute of Continuing Professional Development (ICPD) and the Quality Assurance Center (QAC) honored the first batch of graduates of the Leadership and Management Program (LAMP) during the University’s monthly flag raising ceremony last April 1.
The graduates, who began their studies from September 2021 until October 2023, were awarded a plaque of graduation for their excellent completion of the said course. LAMP intends to guide “current and emerging executives who are expected to lead the PUP towards the realization of vision, mission, goals, and objectives guided by its philosophy.”
Graduates are as follows: Ann Clarisse M. De Leon and Joanna Marie A. Liao from the Office of the President (OP); Soliman A. Santos, Sally C. Mua, and Marianito C. Gallego, Jr. from the Office of the Executive Vice President (OEVP);, Hemmady S. Mora, Benilda Eleonor V. Comendador, Rafael Michael O. Paz, Mary Jane G. Mendoza, Lorraine Charmayne S. Manansala, Norie L. Maniego, and Ma. Cristina Q. Trinidad from the Office of the Vice President for Academic Affairs (OVPAA); Florinda H. Oquindo, Ana Liza Publico, and Rodrigo Lopiga from the Office of the Vice President for Students Affairs and Services (OVPSAS); Meleah P. Monsura, Jomar G. Adaya, Hazel DR. Samala, Rolan J. Malvar, Ireneo C. Delas Armas, Jr., Romeo P. Peña, and Ryan V. Labana from the Office of the Vice President for Research, Extension, and. Development (OVPRED).
Members from the Office of the Vice President for Administration (OPVA) include Michelle Kristine D. Saraum, Ernesto C. Salao, and Christopher Mantillas; Abigail M. Dela Cruz from the Office of the Vice President for Finance (OVPPF); and Numeriano S. Magpantay, Minerva D. Ferranco, Marilyn F. Isip, Liza Marie B. Nuevo, Arman DC. Santos, Demelyn E. Monzon, Jonathan A. Marquez, Mary Grace B. Mulawin, and Leine S. Alcaraz from the Office of the Vice President for Campuses (OVPC).
LAMP is a development program aimed to develop PUP’s middle-level managers, honing them into effective leaders and supervisors that will guide the University in the future, whilst maintaining the culture of excellent leadership of the Sintang Paaralan. This will help propel the institution one step closer towards its goal of becoming a National Polytechnic University.
