Objectives

The general objective of the OSFA is to institutionalize the implementation of the scholarship and financial assistance programs of the University aligned with existing guidelines and policies.

Specifically, the OSFA shall:

1. Democratize access to meaningful education in the form of scholarship and financial assistance programs designed to benefit the students;
2. Ensure student completion of academic degree programs through;
   1. increase in the number of scholars;
   2. increase in the number of financial and non-financial grantees, and;
   3. increase in the number of partner donors, benefactors, and collaborators
