The country's first dancing chorale group, the Bagong Himig Serenata offers stylized choral singing with choreography. They are adept in creating original and new musical arrangements from their intensive training on voice ensemble performance. For more than fifty years, the group have had produced notable conductors, choral and solo singers.

Buklod Sining traces its origin from the former Guhit Sudlungan. After refining its core values, it has adapted the name of the central cultural body of the Philippine College of Commerce (PCC) in 1974. The group specializes in 2-dimensional visual art forms which include caricatures, portraitures, cartoons, computer paintings and graphics and letter cut-outs. They also do set designs, print and mixed media exhibits and offers visual arts training for students.
A film appreciation and promotion group, the FilmBayan is initially conceived to serve the need for a video documentation team, the group have had organized film screenings and fora that has brought in notable film makers in partnership with the Urban Poor Resource Center of the Philippines (UPRCP), Tudla Productions, Pinoy Media Center and Gabriela Party List. The group is initially organized by the Liga ng Kabataang Propagandista.
Founded in 2014, the Harana String Company deviates from the usual Rondalla ensemble with the inclusion of a violin section, piccolo, cello and double bass string instruments. The group specializes on contemporary rendition of kundiman, pop, and classical music via string ensemble performances.
The Maharlika Dance Artists specializes on Filipino folk and ethnic dances, as well as dances on contemporary, interpretative, jazz and hip hop. They offer dance workshops and have constantly graced invitations from different events and advocacy activities of groups and institutions in and outside of PUP.
The Polysound Band is PUP's premier show band specializing on various genres of music. The group offers trainings on band performance and has constantly been conducting free concerts and performances.
The PUP iCons is PUP's cultural promotions group that offers services on Theatre House Management, Cultural Walk and Ramp Modelling. They are the University's ambassadors for cultural heritage awareness and promotion.They are the production team behind Mr. and Ms. PUP, Miss PUP, and PUP's Next Top Model.
Once called the PUP Photo-Lente Club, the PUP Isko/Iskang Litratista advances the communicating power of still images. It primarily provides documentation of the UCCA events and is a viable force in the documentation of university events for the publication of Communication Management Office. It conducts trainings on basic and advanced photography and mounts photo exhibits.
In its almost 40 years of existence as the University's premier theatre group, the Sining-Lahi Polyrepertory has earned numerous recognitions not just through creative works but by producing distinguished personalities in theatre, TV, film, radio, print and other art disciplines. It regularly stages play productions twice a year and offers an intensive curriculum and program for theatre development.
In order to better serve the PUP community, similar cultural groups were formed to synchronize programs and activities on cultural and the arts.
Molave Theatre Guild (MTG) is the academic theatre organization of the AB Theatre Arts. Its core values of commitment, passion and discipline serves as the foundation of its advocacy theatre productions and its philosophy of using theatre as an agent of change.
PUP Theatre Alliance is the collective theatre organization of PUP. The alliance was founded out of the need to complement all activities and resources of the different theatre groups within PUP. Theatre organizations include the Sining-Lahi Polyrepertory, Molave Theatre Guild (AB Theatre Arts), SuhayFil (AB Filipinohiya), Teatro Komunikado (College of Communication), Damlay Theatre Group (College of Education), and the Tanghalang Hulyo Beinte Tres.
PUP Hiphop Alliance is the collective organization of the Hiphop dance groups in PUP. Among the groups include COC Movers and Motion (College of Communication), Move to the Groove (AB Theatre Arts), Delta Force, Power Impact Dancers (PID), Finance Dance Group (FDC) of College of Accountancy and Finance, Power of Student Hoppers, and the Psynergy Dance Guild. The alliance hopes to synchronize efforts, resources and activities in the promotion and appreciation of Hiphop dance within the PUP community.
PUP Chorale member groups include the Bagong Himig Serenata, COC Ensemble (College of Communication), CoEd Chorale (College of Education), Banking and Finance Elite Singers, Political Science Chorale, Civil Engineering Chorale, Mechanical Engineering Choraleand the Molave Theatre Guild Chorale.
PUP Bugkos – or PUP Bukluran ng Sining sa Pagkilos(Bugkos) is the cultural alliance of the PUP System. Initially conceived to explore the potentials by which cultural offices can network within the PUP system, the founding PUP branches include PUP Taguig, Bataan, Ragay, and Lopez.
