Commencement Exercises

Undergraduate Programs
Venue: Philippine International Convention Center (PICC) Plenary Hall, CCP Complex, Pasay City, Metro Manila

Advanced Education Programs
Venue: Bulwagang Balagtas, 4/F PUP NALLRC, Sta. Mesa, Manila

Rules and Regulations (PICC/ PUP Bulwagang Balagtas)

1. Formal attire shall be required for entry into the venue. Those who are inappropriately attired will not be allowed to enter the venue.b
2. The following are strictly prohibited: food, bottled water, liquor, prohibited drugs, poster, camera and all forms of contraband.
3. Smoking, eating and drinking are strictly prohibited inside the venue.
4. Children below seven (7) years old are not allowed entry before, during and after the commencement exercises.
5. Cellular phones and two-way radios must be switched-off inside the venue.
6. Only authorized photographers are allowed to take pictures inside the venue during the graduation ceremonies.
7. The event-venue personnel have full authority within the premises and reserve the right to control, regulate, inspect, refuse entry to or prohibit any person and materials inimical to or that violate/s Philippine laws and event-venue rules and regulations.

Bring the following in claiming the ticket:

For candidate under manual system:

• DULY SIGNED GENERAL CLEARANCE
• CERTIFICATE OF CANDIDACY
• GRADUATION RECEIPT

For candidate under SIS:DULY SIGNED GENERAL CLEARANCE

• CERTIFICATE OF CANDIDACY
• GRADUATION RECEIPT

Note: Two (2) tickets per graduate (parent and graduate); Three (3) tickets per honor graduate (parents and graduate)

Advanced Education Programs
The College of Law, the CoED/Graduate School/Studies and the Open University System graduate students shall claim their tickets through their respective Deans/Directors. Tickets will be released to Deans/Directors by the Internal Audit Office upon submission of the list of graduating students.

Note: One (1) ticket per graduate for parent; graduates need no tickets per agreement during the April 7, 2016 Year-End Commencement Exercises meeting
