Advisory on the Submission of Application for Graduation and Toga Picture for Year-End Graduation, AY 2021-2022

Please be informed that the Application for Graduation for Year-End Graduation AY 2021-2022 in the whole PUP system will be from May 02, 2022 to May 31, 2022. All graduating students are advised to process their academic deficiencies such as Incomplete and Passed grades, Accreditation of Subjects, Temporary Accreditation of currently enrolled subjects and other requirements like PSA Birth Certificate, F137a “Copy for PUP”, Transcript of Records for Transferee with remarks “Copy for PUP” and other requirements needed on the application as soon as possible.

After filling out the application form, graduating students are advised to send a 2x2 picture wearing toga.

Please be guided by the following colors and sample toga photo based on your program, placement of the tassel, and the size of the picture.

1. The photograph should be in color and 2x2 inches (51x51 mm) in size.
2. The photo-print should be clear and with a continuous-tone quality.
3. It should have full face, front view (correct head size and head position, center head within frame, no hair in front of the hood for girls)
4. The background should be plain white (There should not be any distracting shadows on the face or on the background.)
5. Photo must be in JPEG (.jpg) file format.
6. It must be 600x600 pixels in dimension.
7. Must be of high quality (No Visible Dot Pattern, No Non- Discernible Pixels, and must be Properly Focused)

In sending photo, kindly follow this format:

Subject of Email:

CAMPUS/BRANCH_SURNAME, FIRST NAME_COURSE_STUDENT NUMBER

Example: STO. TOMAS_DELA CRUZ, JUAN_BS OFFICE ADMINISTRATION_STUDENT NUMBER

File Name of the Photo:

SURNAME, FIRST NAME_COURSE.jpg

Example: CABACIS, GUCCI_BSA.jpg

For those graduating students from PUP Main Campus, kindly send the picture wearing toga at gradpic.main@pup.edu.ph. For those graduating students from PUP Branches and Satellite Campuses, please send it to your respective branches and campuses.

The deadline for uploading of picture wearing toga is on June 30, 2022.

PLEASE BE REMINDED THAT UPLOADING OF TOGA PICTURE DOES NOT GUARANTEE THE APPROVAL OF APPLICATION FOR GRADUATION
