Admission Services Advisory for Returning/Re-admission (PUP Sta. Mesa, Manila)

The Polytechnic University of the Philippines Main Campus will start accepting application for re-admission for First Semester, AY 2023-2024 from September 11-15, 2023.

Applicants must submit the following documents in person at the Office of the Admission and Registration located at W-117, PUP Main Building:

1. Re-Admission Form ( Downloadable from the PUP website under Downloads (For Student – Application for Re-admission)
2. Informative Copy of Grades (ICG).  Request a copy of ICG through the Online Document Request System (Go to this link:  https://odrs.pup.edu.ph)
3. Curriculum sheet  (can be obtained from the College/Department)
4. Latest Registration Card or Certificate of Enrollment
5. Two (2) 2” x 2” colored picture with name tag (Last name, First name and Middle name.

Note: A fee of One hundred fifty pesos only (P150.00) will be charged as Re-admission Fee to be paid at the Cashier’s Office after approval of the re-admission application by the College/Department.
