Traffic Advisory: Sta. Mesa, Manila on September 16-20 and October 9, 2025

For the PUP 2025 Year-End Commencement Exercises, please be advised of expected traffic congestion in and around the PUP Gymnasium, Sta. Mesa, Manila on September 16–20 and October 9, 2025.

To ensure the smooth flow of traffic and the orderly conduct of the commencement ceremonies, the following traffic scheme will be implemented:

1. Traffic Flow
   • This traffic scheme will be implemented throughout the graduation period (September 16–20 & October 9).
   • Red arrows indicate two-way street traffic flow.
   • Green arrows indicate one-way street traffic flow.
2. No Parking Zones (from 6:00 AM to 8:00 PM on the said dates):
   • Along Hipodromo Street (from R. Magsaysay Blvd. to Anonas Street)
   • Along Anonas Street (from Hipodromo corner Anonas Street to Anonas Street going to Maui Oasis and El Pueblo Condominiums)
   • Along Teresa Street
3. Drop-Off and Pick-Up Scheme (strictly for graduating students and parents with vehicles):
   • Drop-Off Point: In front of the ESRC Building
   • Pick-Up Point: Along Old Sta. Mesa Street
4. Campus Access
   • Only vehicles of guests, officials, faculty, and employees will be allowed to enter the PUP Sta. Mesa Campus during the graduation period.
