PUP-Bataan envisions itself to be the leader in producing highly competent ICT-equipped graduates whose professional dynamism and strength could be at par with their contemporaries in the global community.

Mission

On the strength of this guiding philosophy, the Branch commits itself to:

1. Democratize access to educational opportunities.
2. Provide its clienteles with programs which are in congruence and responsive to the immediate needs of its industrial community in terms of human resource requirements.
3. Advocate and enhance quality instructions through the collective efforts of competent faculty members and staff.
4. Develop relevance expertise among faculty, staff, and students through significant and meaningful programs that would enhance their holistic growth and development.
5. Accelerate school-community development relations through extension programs that would intensify community awareness of the vital role played by the academe in the maintenance of a sound, healthy, and peaceful environment.
6. Promote awareness of our beneficial and relevant local cultural heritage.

Philosophy

In an environment of democracy, excellence and relevance, PUP Bataan shall be instrumental in harnessing the productive use of the full potentials of thinking individuals in order to contribute to the:

1. realization of Filipino identity by attaining political maturity and economic stability;

3. cultivation and inculcation of high moral and spiritual values; and
4. preservation and enrichment of our cultural heritage as a nation.

PUP Bataan believes that education is a vital instrument in the development of man's maximum potentials in order to enhance his contribution to nation building.

It further believes that meaningful growth and transformation could be best achieved in an atmosphere of brotherhood, peace, freedom, and justice through an Information Technology - based education imbued with the spirit of nationalism and global understanding.
