The Bachelor of Science in Electronics Engineering (BSECE) is a four-year baccalaureate degree in the College of Engineering. The 2018 BSECE Curriculum is composed of 157 units for Technical Courses and 50 units for Non-Technical. The Technical courses is broken down into 12 Units Mathematics, 8 Units Natural/Physical Sciences, 9 Units Basic Engineering Sciences, 20 Units Allied Courses, 81 Units Professional Core Courses, 24 Units Elective and 3 Units On-the-Job Training. Non-Technical courses is broken down into 24 Units General Education courses, 12 Units Mandated courses, 8 Units Physical Education and 6 Units National Service Training Program.
The program encourages the complementary pursuits of learning and practice, reflections, and actions along with a sense perspective, adaption and transcendence. The skills that best describes these values incorporate intuition, critical thinking and problem solving as well as abilities with spoken, written, graphic and spatial media.
