The revised Bachelor of Arts in Communication Research is designed to train students to become competent, critical and responsible practitioners with high level of ethical awareness in the area of communication research study and practice.
The program is geared to develop communication research specialists trained in conducting communication research within the context of theories and effects, and by grounding these with practical experience through fieldwork and internships; the program ensures that its graduates are equipped to contribute to the practice of communication research in the academic and business sectors, both public and private.

Aside from the submission of the student to all university policies and guidelines on retention requirements as stipulated in the PUP Student Handbook, he/she must maintain a weighted average (GWA) of 2.5 in all his/her major subjects for every semester.
The candidate/student, after having fulfilled all university requirements for graduation as stipulated in Section 16 of Revised PUP Student Handbook must have completed the academic requirements of the program.
