As we continue to expand, we are seeking a talented and proactive Accounting Officer to join our team. This role will be pivotal as the sole member of our internal accounting department, working closely with the key decision makers and third-party accounting firm.

As we continue to expand, we are seeking a talented and proactive Accounting Officer to join our team. This role will be pivotal as the sole member of our internal accounting department, working closely with the key decision makers and third-party accounting firm.
Duties and Responsibilities: · Oversee day-to-day accounting administrative tasks, including but not limited to: · Processing invoices and verifying supporting documentation. · Ensuring timely and accurate recording of expenses and payments. · Reconciling bank statements and resolving discrepancies. · Monitoring and recording all transactions to maintain accurate cash balances. · Assisting in month-end closing procedures by preparing necessary schedules and reports. · Collaborating with the accounting team to ensure a smooth and efficient closing process. · Generating basic financial reports and assisting in preparing financial statements. · Providing support for various financial analyses as required. · Communicating with vendors and clients regarding billing and payment inquiries. · Assisting in resolving discrepancies and maintaining positive relationships. · Ensuring adherence to accounting policies, procedures, and relevant regulations. · Maintaining accurate and organized financial documentation for audit purposes. · Manage all aspects of the internal accounting department as the sole member, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in financial operations. · Collaborate closely with the COO to develop and implement accounting strategies that align with company goals and objectives. · Process payroll accurately and timely, adhering to all legal and regulatory requirements. · Establish and maintain accounting systems, practices, and policies to support the companys growth and compliance needs. · Continuously evaluate and improve accounting processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

Qualifications: · Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. · Proven experience 5 years in accounting roles, preferably in a fast-growing company. · Strong knowledge of payroll processing, invoicing, bank reconciliation, and month-end closing procedures. · Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office, with advanced Excel skills. · Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders. · Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. · Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
