Mainly responsible for ensuring sufficient acquired properties from institutions, network and direct sellers
Duties and Responsibilities: A. Relationship Management -Maintain relationships with financial institutions with the intention of securing regular acquisition from institutional sources. -Point person is updating government (national and local) related laws, rules and regulations that might affect the company’s operations. -Trailblaze in terms of getting contacts with banks and other financial institutions. -Ensuring relationships with the above will have a huge impact on the entire company’s operations. B. Network Building -Together with the VP-Business Development, create plans and strategies to recruit and retain acquisition networks (agents & tipsters). -Trailblaze network building on new areas or untapped areas. C. Acquisition -Manage the entire group on Institutional and Individual acquisition team which is composed of relationship managers, closers, callers and encoders. -Ensure acquisition targets are met on a monthly basis per source and per group. -Identify bottlenecks in the acquisition process and recommend solutions to address. -Initially approve properties for acquisition ensuring profitability and marketability of the said properties. D. Others -Provide assistance to other team members in the department and other departments if needed. -Other tasks may be assigned by the management from time to time.

Qualifications: -With at least 5 years' experience in Account Management working in a B2B company, real estate background is a plus -At least 3 years' experience in managing a team. -Bachelor's degree in economics, Business Management, Marketing, Finance, -Accounting, Engineering or any related course -Has proven effective organization and coordination skills -Excellent written and oral communication skills -Analytical, process-oriented, good relationship management skills -Must be able to work with minimal supervision
