Description: Primarily responsible in providing assistance to Finance Managers, Supervisors, and other finance employees in the fulfillment of Finance and Accounting functions. This position is tasked to perform some bookkeeping and clerical duties.
Primarily responsible in providing assistance to Finance Managers, Supervisors, and other finance employees in the fulfillment of Finance and Accounting functions. This position is tasked to perform some bookkeeping and clerical duties.
Duties and Responsibilities: Checks correctness of Sales Orders submitted by Sales. Performs Invoicing of Sales Orders Submission of Weekly Sales Report to Finance Manager and Sales and Management Team Updates the Sales book in real time using Excel. Receives Cash Advance requests from employees. Ensures that advances are authorized by the department head and that liquidation of Advances are generally within one week from receipt of advance. Receives and checks liquidation Preparation of Liquidation Summary to help preparation of Cash Advance Liquidation Journal Voucher. Prepares summary of unliquidated Cash Advance for preparation of Various Accruals for the month. Keeps a log of approved Purchase Orders. Monitors status of the Purchase Orders so that General Accounting Supervisor can use info to plan Cash. Prepares Journal Vouchers at the end of the month. Prepares monthly and quarterly summary of Expanded Withholding Tax. Prepares Quarterly summary and encodes Summary Alphalist of Withholding Tax at source and sumary list of purchase Records and maintains list of purchased materials.
Qualifications: Graduate of Accounting related course, preferrably a CPA. Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply. Experience in a similar position will be an advantage. Willing to work long hours occasionally or when the situation dictates. Knowledgavle in Microsoft Excel Good Analytical Skills Customer oriented Strong work ethic Team player Open and willing to learn and share knowledge Organized Positive Attitude Self-Starting Honest and Reliable
