Duties and Responsibilities: The internal Senior Executive Recruiter will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment of global executive positions. The person will also be responsible for contributing with thoughts on and ideas on how the company can become a world-class recruiting organization. The responsibilities therefore include - Conceptualize and contribute with thoughts on sourcing strategies and methods to be utilized in identifying a qualified candidates. - Provides strategic thought leadership for organizational growth - Source, conduct initial interviews and endorse candidates to the client - Create marketing materials including job ads needed in order to attract talent to positions - Verify candidate qualifications and assist the client with the candidate on-boarding process - Proactively suggest ideas and techniques that will improve the processes and success of the company.
