Description: Who will be responsible for product planning and product marketing . The includes the product throughout the product Lifestyle, gathering and prioritizing product and customer requirements, defining the product vision, and working closely with product design, supply and product quality groups to deliver winning products.
Duties and Responsibilities: 1. Product Strategy Develop and communicate a clear product vision and strategy aligned aligned with the companys overall goals. Define and prioritize the product roadmap based on market analysis, customer feedback and business objectives. 2. Product Development and Performance Identify opportunities for product innovations and improvements. Collaborate with design teams to load in new products from conceptualization to launch. Monitor the performance of existing modular cabinets products, analyzing sales data, customer feedback and quality metrics. Maintain a focus on product quality and cost effectiveness, optimizing materials and production processes while maintaining quality standard. 3. Marketing Conduct market research to identify trends and customer needs in the modular cabinet industry. Analyze market data, competitive activities and customer feedback. Plan and executive brand building activities, product launches, pricing and distribution channel strategies.
Qualifications: Bachelors degree in business, marketing or related field. Proven experience as a product manager in modular cabinet or furniture industry. Strong understanding of modular cabinet design, materials and manufacturing processes. Excellent project management skills. Strong analytical and problem solving abilities. Exceptional communication and presentation skills Customer centric mindset.
