Description: Account Executive will serve as the point of contact with customers. Develop strong and lasting relationships with clients based on trust and respect. The Account Executive will also oversee the sales of a client portfolio, develop new business from existing clients, and actively search new sales opportunities.
Account Executive will serve as the point of contact with customers. Develop strong and lasting relationships with clients based on trust and respect. The Account Executive will also oversee the sales of a client portfolio, develop new business from existing clients, and actively search new sales opportunities.
Duties and Responsibilities: Serve as the point of contact for customer management matters. Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships with external contacts and internal departments to create a better customer experience. Negotiate contracts and agreements to maximize profits. Ensure timely and complete delivery of our products based on customer needs in coordination with Sales Support and Operations Team. Develop new business with existing clients to meet sales quota. Communicating with clients and gathering information about a project's scope, budget, and timelines. Create new business with prospective clients. Following up with prospects and making cold calls. Maintaining a database of contact information. Ensures timely collection of sales. Supports Sales Team goals and assists Sales Manager & Management in ad hoc tasks & reports.
Qualifications: College Graduate preferably Food Technology, Food Science, Chemistry, Nutrition, and other related courses. Residing in Metro Manila At least 2 years previous experience as Account Executive or any equivalent position. Highly knowledgeable in Microsoft Office Knowledge in or experience in Food Safety Standards and/ or ISO Standard is preferred. Knowledge and background in Food industry is an advantage
