Description: Responsible for drafting sales-related proposals and technical documents, overseeing sales support functions including managing, analyzing and overseeing CRM, routing and approval of documents, generation of reports and handling all administrative duties. This role will also communicate sales projects to Marketing, evaluating and seeing through the completion of all marketing request forms and providing detailed information and support to ensure the success of sales and marketing together
Duties and Responsibilities: Prepares, develops, organizes, writes and edits sales proposals/contracts and agreements; Researches, develops and documents technical documents; Manages, analyzes and oversees CRM program for all end-user leads and sales opportunities. Demonstrable experience in sales support administration, or similar Maintains a list of account universe for Public and Private Sector Liaises to different departments such as Legal, Finance, Service Delivery, HR and others Knowledgeable on current product lines and able to discuss the features and benefits of our products and services. Participates in sales team meetings to establish guidelines, goals and new procedures. Generates monthly and weekly reports and sends to Sales Head Tracks and monitors progress of sales target and revenue Assists the Sales Team during Roadshows, Events and Workshops Communicates and coordinates sales project to Marketing Handles all administrative duties for the sales team, including scheduling client conferences and meetings
Qualifications: College graduate of Business Administration, Business Management, or other related field.At least 1 year experience
