Description:

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Minimize compay exposure to credit and fraud Losses
• Review loan applications based on the company's underwriting policies and guidelines
• Responsible for the thorough credit checking and evaluation
• Conduct background investigation including credit checks with banks and other financial institutions, personal interviews, discreet background checking, property appraisal, business evaluation, court case, and trade checking verifications
• Set risk management policies
• Prepare risk assessment reports, recommend risk mitigation measures and loan structures
• Prepare competitive and industry analysis as needed
• Assist in post approval monitoring
• Ensure compliance with internal credit policies
• Evaluate and update credit policies as needed
• Recommend revising underwriting criteria as needed with compliance to management objectives and regulatory guidelines

Qualifications:

• With at least 2 years experience in banking and financial service industry
• Bachelor's degree in Management, Finance, Accounting, Math, Economics, Engineering or equivalent
• With background in risk management, financial statement analysis, credit practices and procedures
• Highly analytical systematic and organized
• Effective problem solving skills
• Keen on details
