Description:

   1.Responsible for ensuring all supply needs are provided for across all platforms which includes the following tasks

• Assessing demand across all platforms
• Ensuring that the supply meets the demand and making sure inventory is always updated
• Supervising online fulfillment

2. Accommodating special customization requests and ensuring they are also fulfilled within given timelines
3. Generate bi-monthly reports on efficiencies and performance of the supply chain.
4. Managing laborers to create necessary supply
5. Must always be ready to perform any other work in the company should the need arise, including labor, customer service and clerical work.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Qualifications:

1. Candidate must at least possess a college degree. A plus if the candidate has taken a course for marketing or sales or any business-related course. 
2. Candidate must be computer literate (adept in MS Office) and able to navigate through databases and other platforms after training. 
3. Extra important to have a knack for detail and organizing systems
4. Preferrably with operations experience 
5. Strong analytical and planning skills
6. Excellent problem-solving skills
7. With Pleasing personality
8. Not entitled
9. Willing to go beyond standard tasks
