The Sales Coordinator's responsibilities include developing sales materials and assisting theSales Manager with all sales-related tasks. In this role, you should be well-organized andadaptable. Attention to detail and communication skills are both essential.
Duties and Responsibilities: Prepare Purchase Orders Check status of orders, pull-out requests, deliveries Create and update catalogs for all brands Prepare and update the Product Information Sheet Download inventory and check available stocks upon request of the Outright Sales Manager Update internal databases with account details Perform back-office sales tasks to support the Outright Sales Manager as needed Respond to customer requests Prepare monthly sales reports, order vs. served reports Maintain digital and physical records of invoices and contracts Process purchase orders of outright clients but not limited to another online store client
Qualifications: Work experience as a Sales or Office Assistant Experience in customer service roles is a plus Good verbal and written communication skills Time-management abilities BS in Marketing, Business Administration, or relevant field
