Duties and Responsibilities: The Lead Generation Specialists are the heart of our company. They are responsible for adding new information, and organizing existing information, in our recruitment analytics database. Without these Specialists, our database would not grow. After 6 weeks of training at our office in Makati, you can work remotely from home.

Qualifications: - Excellent oral and written English skills - A proven track record of being a star-performer - Applicants must be passionate about learning and developing as a person - Applicants must be willing to work either on day shift or a night shift, depending on the requirements of the project - Applicants must be willing to work in Makati City for the initial 6 week period, and then can work from home - Must be very good in using MS Excel
