Duties and Responsibilities: - Create initiatives and projects for the Administration - Answering and solving HR Related questions or issues within the organizations - Support of the recruitment process - Maintenance of the actuality and correctness of all the stored data about the employees and HR related information such as vacations, fluctuations, absences, late, and employee data record update - Helps in the processing of payrolls - Keeping the organization up to date regarding Human Resource Management practices - Coordination of the cooperation with recruitment agencies - Receive and file incoming letter and documents - Prepare requirements, reports, and file returns - Create, revise, update policies - Prepare quitclaims of resigned employees
Qualifications: - Business Administration Graduate, Major in Human Resources Development, Psychology Graduate, Management courses or any relevant degrees - Relevant practical experience is a plus - Must have a can do attitude, strong and will and determination, resiliency, and integrity - Strong initiative, sense of accountability, active pursuit of high quality output and self improvement - Well versed in tax laws and government benefit concerns - Administration and organizational skills as well as the ability to work well under deadlines - Ability to work accurately and to keep an eye on details - Strong communication skills - Computer literate and can perform basic tasks on computer such as navigating the browser, operating software systems, and completing any other tasks that makes it possible to do your job - Preferred place of residency is within National Capital Region - Must be willing to relocate within Metro Manila if currently residing on provincial areas
