Qualifications:

Educational Qualifications:	
Graduate of BA/BS in Psychology  
Preferably with earned units in graduate studies major in Guidance and Counseling  
					
Job Qualifications: 
Has attended different trainings or seminars pertaining to Guidance and Counseling
Knows how to develop school guidance program
Has the ability to efficiently and effectively implement Guidance services
Knows how to administer different psychological tests
Knows how to conduct group dynamics
Must have good communication and interpersonal skills
Good moral character and high level of professionalism and integrity

Committed, hardworking and dynamic
