Manage project studies to continuously improve the utilization of manpower, machines, methods and resources of the company.
Duties and Responsibilities: Conduct Time and Motion Studies (TMS) for new projects, validate and enhanced existing Time and Motion Study ensuring that these are within the range of set allowances. Prepare project costing report, Project Details and Costing Template (PDCT) for review and approval of management. Leads in the orientation of production personnel for new or enhanced project's work procedures, methods and process flows. Prepares weekly and monthly Time and Motion Study Report Analysis. Prepares project feasibility studies for Toll Packing Operation. Develop, implement and improve operation process flow and work flow through workload analysis. Conduct regular operations audit and prepare report on audit findings. Prepares weekly IE accomplishment report. Performs other task as delegated by the IE Manager. Plan plant and production facilities and equipment layouts.
Qualifications: Must be a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering or Management Engineering graduate. Preferably with at least 5years experience in making feasibility studies, systems analysis and process improvements and Time and Motion Studies. Good leadership and people skills Can confidently communicate in English, both written and oral form.
