Description:

Manage project studies to continuously improve the utilization of manpower, machines, methods and resources of the company.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Conduct Time and Motion Studies (TMS) for new projects, validate and enhanced existing Time and Motion Study ensuring that these are within the range of set allowances.
• Prepare project costing report, Project Details and Costing Template (PDCT) for review and approval of management.
• Leads in the orientation of production personnel for new or enhanced project's work procedures, methods and process flows.
• Prepares weekly and monthly Time and Motion Study Report Analysis.
• Prepares project feasibility studies for Toll Packing Operation.
• Develop, implement and improve operation process flow and work flow through workload analysis.
• Conduct regular operations audit and prepare report on audit findings.
• Prepares weekly IE accomplishment report.
• Performs other task as delegated by the IE Manager.
• Plan plant and production facilities and equipment layouts.

Qualifications:

• Must be a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering or Management Engineering graduate.
• Preferably with at least 5years experience in making feasibility studies, systems analysis and process improvements and Time and Motion Studies.
• Good leadership and people skills
  • Can confidently communicate in English, both written and oral form.
