Description: HR Manager is the go to person for all employee related issues. This means that your HR Manager duties will involve managing activities such as job design, recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training & development and talent management.
HR Manager is the go to person for all employee related issues. This means that your HR Manager duties will involve managing activities such as job design, recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training & development and talent management.
Duties and Responsibilities: Human Resources Management Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy. Oversee the recruitment process, from sourcing and interviewing to onboarding new hires. Manage performance appraisal systems and provide guidance on employee development. Handle employee relations, addressing concerns and maintaining a positive work environment. Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies. Administration Supervise day-to-day administrative functions, including office facilities and equipment. Oversee LTO and LTFRB renewals of our fleet of trucks and company vehicles. Streamline administrative processes for efficiency and cost effectiveness. Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts for office services. Oversee travel arrangements, event planning, and other administrative tasks. Employee Engagement Implement initiatives to enhance employee engagement and satisfaction. Facilitate training programs to foster professional development. Organize team-building activities and events. Policy Development Develop and update HR policies and procedures in line with industry best practices. Communicate policies to employees and ensure compliance.

Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Proven experience as an HR & Admin Manager in the logistics or related industry. Strong knowledge of HR functions, labor laws, and industry trends. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to lead and manage a diverse team effectively. Detail oriented with strong organizational and problem solving abilities.
