Drawing applicants from the City of Caloocan and nearby areas, the initiative was supported by the Caloocan Schools Division Office, the CalNatSci administration led by Principal Flora T. Trope, and local government unit (LGU) officials.
In a Facebook post, the campus, led by Director Dr. Demelyn E. Monzon stated that this collaboration and shared commitment to education were instrumental to the event’s success. “By providing essential resources,” it said, “these partners demonstrated a commitment to expanding student opportunities and advancing community development.”
The PUP Caloocan Campus will soon open its doors to the next generation of PUPians in Academic Year 2026-2027. Positioned as a Technology and Business Hub, it will offer programs in Information Technology (undergraduate and diploma), Business Administration (Marketing Management and Human Resource Management), and Entrepreneurship.
The successful PUPCET underscores the university’s dedication to providing opportunities to accessible and quality education, while laying a solid foundation for future examinations. It also reflected the University’s commitment to the UN SDGs, particularly SDG 4 for the aforementioned accessible and quality education; SDG 8 by preparing future professionals for their dream and meaningful careers; and SDG 10 by opening doors for students from diverse and underserved backgrounds.
For updates on PUPCET results and enrollment procedures, applicants are advised to monitor official messages and announcements at the PUP Caloocan Facebook page.
