PUP Dental Services offers Serbisyong Pinoy

PUP Dental Services, together with Manila Dental Chapter and other Dental Association, launched a project titled “SERBISYONG PINOY” on September 2016.

The project catered students from PUP Community Outreach Learning Center under the College of Education.  It included:

1. Oral Examination
2. Dental charting for baseline data
3. Oral Health Education to the students and parents
4. Tooth brushing drill with the students and parents
5. Sealing and polishing of all teeth
6. Topical application of fluoride varnish
7. Construction of temporary washing facility with potable water supply at the day care area
8. Distribution of toothbrush and tooth pastes
9. Automatic Restorative Treatment (ART) for all teeth with dental caries

The project will run from September to February 2017, which is also the Dental Health Month.
