The Polytechnic University of the Philippines (PUP), represented by President Emanuel C. De Guzman along with its officials and delegates, solidified partnership with the Chinese Embassy headed by Deputy Ambassador Tan Qingsheng through a courtesy meeting with Chinese representatives on January 28, 2019.
