The Polytechnic University of the Philippines (PUP) will hold the National Summit on Polytechnic Education in the Philippines on October 14 to 16, 2026 at the Heritage Hotel in Pasay City. Educators, policymakers, industry partners, and leaders of public and private polytechnic institutions will meet in this inaugural gathering to align national policies with ASEAN standards and draft a common plan for polytechnic education in the country.
Carrying the theme “Igniting the Future: Polytechnic Education as the Catalyst for Philippine Innovation andGlobal Competitiveness,” the three-day summit will cover innovation, industry partnerships, applied research, and work-integrated learning.
