CoED bags Best Research Paper in APCORE Intl Conference

College of Education and Graduate School Dean Dr. Ma. Junithesmer D. Rosales bagged the Best Research Paper Award in an international research conference sponsored by the Asia Pacific Consortium of Researchers and Educators (APCORE, Inc.) on October 31 to November 3, 2018, held at Westin Resort Hotel in Guam, USA.

Dr. Rosales topped the list in the Education category with her research paper titled “Reader Response Theory: Students’ Encounter and Challenges with E-Literature.” The paper is also in collaboration with Mr. John Paulo Sarce, a part-time faculty from PUP CoED.

The other finalists in the aforementioned category were: Mr. Junior K. Ahamad of Tawi-Tawi Regional Agricultural College; Mr. Alfonso C. Aquino of Philippine College of Science and Technology; Ms. Rebecca R. Bercasio of Bicol University; Ms. Abegail V. Dela Fuente of Central Luzon State University; and Ms. Gina D. A. Galvez of University of Eastern Philippines.

APCORE 2018 conference was attended by various researchers and educators from different parts of the world such as Taiwan, Thailand, South Korea, Malaysia, Indonesia, India, United States of America, Canada, and the Philippines.
