The University recently launched the Online Student Support Services Action Center (OSSSAC), a student-centered help desk on the PUP website designed to hold information on topics they frequently ask about.
PUP’s Announcement 35, Series of 2020, posted on the University’s social media pages, said that the OSSSAC is designed “to answer queries and reports of the students concerning admission, enrollment, library processes, etc.”
Each FAQ occupies an “article” on the OSSSAC’s knowledge base, where important procedures and information on each specific query can be found. Top articles, i.e. queries most asked by students, can be found immediately upon accessing the site.

Students with queries not answered by the articles on the site may email osssac@pup.edu.ph, where a member of the OSSSAC Task Force, serving Monday to Friday from 7 AM to 7 PM, will address the concern. #
