The Non-Traditional Study Program (NTSP) is a self-paced educational program designed to assess and accredit a student's prior educational qualifications, professional work history, and accomplishments through a defined rating system. This accreditation can pave the way for individuals in supervisory and managerial roles with experience relevant to their chosen field of study to earn both undergraduate and graduate degrees.
The program utilizes a self-directed learning approach, providing students with modules, independent research opportunities, and various instructional materials developed by the college. Learning facilitators are integral to the NTSP, offering guidance to help students cultivate their knowledge, skills, and attitudes throughout their studies.
