1. To establish an archive of published and unpublished researches, works, and personal papers associated with the formation of the Institute and its associated centers.
  2. To construct and house a special library of cultural studies publication.
  3. To foster linkages with universities here and abroad, art groups and/or organizations and creative industries.
  4. To organize regular symposia and conferences (national and international) and annual lecture series.
  5. To establish professorial chairs, fellowship grants, and scholarship and faculty and student exchange program in cultural studies and associated disciplines.
  6. To augment disciplinary expertise for curricular development in order to deliver informed course teaching in undergraduate and graduate programs of the University.
  7. To provide assistance to undergraduate and graduate students and faculty working on cultural studies and associated disciplines.
