The Office of the Vice President for Student Affairs and Services (OVPSAS) assists the University President in matters pertaining to student services; plans, directs, formulates, and implements policies contributing to the harmonious and effective functioning of units; and recommends to the President policies, programs and projects to better achieve University objectives within the area of operations of student services.
