ARCDO includes the Alumni Relations Services and Career Development and Placement Services.
The Alumni Relations Services (ARS) serves as the University’s link for continuing cooperation between and among graduates and alumni organizations. It collaborates with alumni organizations especially with the Federation of Alumni Associations on programs and activities beneficial to the alumni and the PUP Community. The unit develops and manages alumni development and assistance programs to address alumni needs and problems. The ARS ensures cooperation, coordination and proper execution of plans, programs and projects requiring the active participation and mobilization of alumni, including those working and/or residing abroad.
The Career Development and Placement Services (CDPS) is tasked to provide career development and placement assistance to students and graduates. It creates opportunities for career development enhancements and assists in the job-seeking of students and graduates. The unit implements the University placement program for graduates and undergraduates to respond to the manpower needs of local private enterprises and government agencies. It maintains good relationships with establishments for internships, possible jobs and career development opportunities especially to students. The unit adopts a reliable, up-to-date directory and information system on work/placement and career advancement opportunities for graduates and students of the University
The Alumni Relations and Career Development (ARCDO) consistently receives requests to post job openings from employers. Full–time, part-time, summer employment and internship opportunities are available for PUP students and alumni strategically posted at the University.

This is an activity to which alumni/graduate's information are encoded and updated by the request.
This activity aims to provide information on various occupations within industries. This event also focuses on introduction of the nature and scope of work as well as to educate the recipients on skills necessary to perform certain job functions.
This simulates an actual recruitment process of a company. The student–applicant goes through the actual application process administered by the company representatives. The process includes the filling–out of application forms, preliminary and final interviews, and examinations. Student–applicants who fail a particular step in the process shall be informed through formal communication and are not allowed to continue with succeeding steps of the job application process. This shall give student–applicants a firsthand experience of job application.
This is an event where an employment facilitation strategy to fast-track the meeting of job-seekers and employers, licensed/authorized recruitment of agencies, and registered job contractors/subcontractors, accredited to participate in the said activity.
Academe-Industry Partnership Memorandum of Agreement. A formal document that was forged by PUP and the concerned company/institution/industry. It stipulates the responsibilities of both parties as well as provisions on the conduct of ARCDO activities involving career development, Student Internship, and On-the-Job Training, Student Immersion, Information Sharing, Training for the Faculty and Staff, Employee Success Stories and Marketing/ Promotion Use of Logo and Name.
