Office of the University Registrar

  • Provides assistance in implementing all policies, rules and regulations regarding student registration;
  • Assumes administrative responsibility over the University student registration; and
  • Posts and keeps records of grades and issues transcripts of records and certifications.

Admission Services

  • Provides assistance in implementing all policies, rules and regulations regarding student admissions;
  • Assumes administrative responsibility over University student admissions;
  • Formulates and implements policies and procedures on registration;
  • Prepares statistical reports on enrolment data;
  • Consolidates and checks list of enrolled students submitted by different Colleges; and
  • Conducts researches.

Student Records Services

  • Formulates and implements policies and procedures on student records;
  • Posts and keeps grades;
  • Issues official transcript of records, diploma and certification to students and graduates ;
  • Consolidates and checks list of enrolled students submitted by different Colleges; and
  • Conducts researches.
