This section is responsible for the entire student lifecycle, from initial application to enrollment. It is responsible for facilitating the PUPCET iApply, issuance of e-Permit and the administration of the entrance examination. They ensure smooth operations, compliance with regulations, and data accuracy to facilitate a seamless academic journey for students.
This section is responsible for monitoring students’ academic/scholastic records, evaluates curriculum, ascertain students’ level for promotion and eligibility for graduation. It also monitors the updating of the academic/non-academic deficiencies such as wrong entry of grades, completion of grades, accreditation of subjects, personal information, Application for Change of Enrollment Forms, correction of names and others.
This section is in-charge of the preparation of enrollment and graduation reports submitted to government regulating agencies such as Commission on Higher Education (CHED), Philippine Association of State Universities and Colleges (PASUC), Department of Budget and Management (DBM), House of Representatives, Senate and other offices in the university. It is also in-charge of the preparation of the reportorial requirements such as Office Performance Commitment and Review (OPCR), Office Final Output and Success Indicators (OFOSI), score cards and provides administrative support responsible for writing and preparing report, scheduling of meeting as assigned by the University Registrar /Assistant University Registrar. It also prepares the budgetary requirements and supplies of the office.
This section is in-charge of the management of the students’ data and ensures that all processes are accurately supported in the Student Information System (SIS). This section is also responsible in the printing of all requested credentials of our clients. It is also responsible for checking, counterchecking and assuring the correctness of entries in the requested credentials such as TOR 1st and 2nd Copy, Certified True Copy, various Certifications and verifying the authenticity of documents submitted for Certification, Authentication, and Verification to Department of Foreign Affairs (DFA) and CHED for signature of the University Registrar.
This section is in-charge of the receiving, controlling, processing and releasing of the requests of clients for their credentials such as Transcript of Records (TOR), Diploma, Certificate of Transfer Credentials/Honorable Dismissal, Certificate of Enrollment and other Certifications. It is also in-charge of scanning and digitizing the requested credentials before releasing to clients. Upon release of the requested credentials, the physical student records are also filed according to Academic Year in the Records Room.
