Steps for Online Submission of ReCAP Admission Requirements AY 2020-2021 

REFRESHERS’ ENCHANCEMENT CAPACITY PROGRAM (ReCAP) 

A. Submit the following requirements in PDF format via email, recap@pup.edu.ph: 

1. Letter of Intent addressed to Dean Gemy Lito L. Festin, LLM 
2. Scanned Copy of Transcript of Records (TOR) from law school attended 
3. Scanned Copy PSA Copy of Birth Certificate 
4. Scanned Copy of chest X-ray result with annotation “fit to study” 
5. Scanned Copy I pc. 2x2 colored ID picture  

Please note that:  

1. Submission of incomplete requirements will not be processed 
2. Admission to the PUP ReCAP is subject to the approval of the Dean of the College of Law 
3. Limited slots only (First come, first served basis)

C. Select Type of Payment  

Full Amount  PHP 20,300.00
Partial Amount  PHP 15,300.00
*2^nd payment will be on the second week before the final examination schedule 

Schedule of Fees for First Semester, SY 2020-2021 

Note: Additional fees may be collected on the opening of/during regular classes. 

D. Please wait for our reply signifying approval of your admission in ReCAP. 

E. Proceed to payment through any of the following modes: 

E1. Manual Enrollment and Payment: 

1. Students who will enroll for ReCAP this AY 2020-2021 may pay in any LBP branch. 
2. Before paying, fill-out the LANDBANK CASH DEPOSIT SLIP using the following details. 
   Account Name: PUP TRUST RECEIPTS 
   Clearing Account Number: 0682-1020-47 
3. Upon payment, the student shall send a copy of the Bank’s Validated Deposit  Slip together with their Complete Name, program title (PUP ReCAP), Student ID Number, and LBP Branch where the payment was made/ deposited and email it to collections@pup.edu.ph.  

Please be advised, if there is NO EMAIL, there is NO OFFICIAL RECEIPT.  

E2. Fund Transfer 

1. Students may proceed with the payment of their tuition fees via Fund Transfer  using the following details:
   Account Number: 0682-1020-47 
   Account Name: PUP Trust Receipts 
2. After the successful fund transfer, send an email to collections@pup.edu.ph with the following information/ details: 
   1. Transaction Reference Number 
   2. Complete Name of Student 
   3. Program Title  
   4. Student ID Number 

Please be advised, if there is NO EMAIL, there is NO OFFICIAL RECEIPT.  

F. Please wait for our email notifying you that you are now OFFICIALLY ENROLLED.
