Online application for the College Admission Evaluation of PUP for the Open University System Undergraduate Programs (CAEPUPOUS) for the First Semester, Academic Year 2024-2025.

Wrong entry of information are grounds for disqualification

Before you apply online, please make sure that you have the following files on your device or USB drive (each file size must not be more than 300 kilobytes KB):

Applicant's photo (JPEG file, read photo guidelines)
School credential from the last school attended:
- For college undergraduate, Transcript of Records
- For technical school/TESDA graduate and undergraduate, Transcript of Records

Evaluation Result:	August 4, 2023 - Result of evaluation will be posted in your PUP iApply account

Who are qualified to take the CAEPUP?

Those qualified to apply as first years are:

A college undergraduate from CHED accredited Higher Education Institutions.
A graduate or undergraduate applicants from TESDA accredited schools

Where to apply?

All CAEPUPOUS applicants must apply online (using PUP iApply, read the step-by-step procedure). An applicant can apply for CAEPUPOUS in one (1) PUP Branch/Campus only once this academic year. Multiple accounts and applications will make the applicant's evaluation result null and void, and ground for disqualification.

Enrollment Requirements

CAEPUP Application Form (system generated from your PUP iApply account)
Duly signed: (1) Admission Form, (2) Health Information Sheet and (3) notarized Certification of Under Oath.
For college undergraduate: Original Transcript of Records and Certificate of Good Moral Character from the last school attended
Original PSA Birth Certificate
Original PSA Marriage Certificate (for married female applicant who opt to use their husband surname)
Latest Certificate of Employment
NBI/Police Clearance within the last 6 months (if unemployed)
Two copies ID pictures, 2x2 inch (recent, identical, in formal attire, white background)

CAEPUPOUS applicants must secure their system-generated CAEPUP Application Form using their PUP iApply account within twenty (20) working days.
