The College of Education Integrated Extension Program is called Eduk-Aksyon. It symbolizes the proactive and dynamic approach of the College of Education towards extending its expertise beyond the confines of traditional academia.

It embodies a commitment to action-oriented initiatives that aims to uplift the communities through education. Whether through training programs, technical advisory, or outreach activities, Eduk-Aksyon serves as a beacon of empowerment, fostering positive change, progress, and impact.

By harnessing the expertise and resources within the college, Eduk-Aksyon strives to address societal needs, promote lifelong learning, and cultivate a culture of excellence in education that transcends boundaries.

Eduk-Aksyon is composed of the following numerous community-driven extension projects:

1. Acing Mathematics: A Capability Building on Mathematics Proficiency is the official extension project of Master of Arts in Education major in Mathematics Education (MAED ME). The goal of this project is to provide free training on Mathematics proficiency designed for the personnel of the City Government of San Juan in preparation for the Civil Service Examinations.
2. Specialized Training on English Proficiency (STEP) project is the official extension project of Master of Arts in English Language Teaching (MAELT) program. The target of this project is to improve the English proficiency of the personnel of City Government of San Juan in preparation for the Civil Service Examinations.
3. Community Extension Learning Center (CELC) project is the official extension project of Bachelor in Early Childhood Education (BECED) and Bachelor in Elementary Education (BEED) programs. The main objective of this project is to provide free and accessible early childhood education for pre-kindergarten pupils of the partner Barangay while capacitating the Barangay officials as they establish their local Day Care Centers.
4. Capability Training on Library and Information Services and Resources is the official extension project of the Master in Library and Information Science (MLIS) and Bachelor in Library and Information Science (BLIS) programs. The objective of this project is to capacitate the teacher-librarians (teachers assigned in the libraries) of the Department of Education - MIMAROPA Region.
5. Executive Training on Teaching and Learning is an extension project of all teacher education (BECED, BEED, BSED, and BTLED) programs. This project capacitates the non-education teaching personnel of National Capital Region Training Center with necessary knowledge and skills on teaching and learning.

Tara, Basa! Tutoring Program is one of the programs of the Department of Social Welfare and Development (DSWD) in partnership with the PUP College of Education. This creates a learning ecosystem wherein college students will be capacitated and deployed as tutors (learning facilitators) and Youth Development Workers. As the college students immerse themselves, the faculty members serve as coordinators who monitor and supervise the deployment of the students.
