The Institutional Quality Management System Office (IQMSO) is mandated to ensure the implementation and monitoring of the Quality Management System in the University. Formulate and regularly update the QMS plans and projects, monitor their implementation, and submit institutional policy recommendations and periodic reports to the President through the Vice President for Research, Extension and Development.
The IQMSO has three sections: QMS Monitoring and Evaluation Section and Document Management and Control Services Section.
The QMS Monitoring and Evaluation Section is tasked to evaluate and monitor the quality management system implementation regularly.
The Risk and Opportunities Management and Services Section ensures the risk-based thinking culture in the university.
The Document Management and Control Services Section is directed to manage, control, and monitor the documented information used by the process owners and regularly review the processes for continuous improvement.
