The College of Business Administration Graduate Studies is accepting online and onsite applications for the Summer Term, Academic Year 2024-2025 .

Onsite Submission of Requirements:	CBA-Graduate Studies 6th Floor South Wing Room 605 PUP Main Campus Sta. Mesa, Manila Monday to Friday 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM Note: Incomplete requirements will not be accepted and processed
Date of Entrance Examination (Face-to-Face):	July 17, 2024 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM
Examination Venue:	2nd Floor PUP Condotel 1016, 19 Anonas Street Sta Mesa, Manila
Application Fee:	PHP 500.00 (Pay the fee to the Cashier’s Office after the verification of the required documents) PUP Main Campus Ground Floor South Wing Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 6:00 PM

Application/Admission Requirements for the Master's Degree

1. Photocopy Transcript of Records (from the school last attended)
2. Photocopy Birth Certificate (PSA Authenticated)
3. Photocopy Certificate of Marriage (for married female applicant only)
4. Downloaded and signed PUP CBA GSEE Application Form
5. Certificate of  Employment
6. Comprehensive Resume
7. 4-page write-up (concept paper)
8. One copy ID picture, 2"x2" (recent and in formal attire w/ white background)
   
   Note: Please bring the original copies of Transcript of Records, Birth Certificate, and Certificate of Marriage for verification purposes

Application/Admission Requirements for the Doctorate Degree

1. Letter of Intent (addressed to the Dean Cindy F. Soliman)
2. Filled-up Recommendation for admission (to be accomplished by immediate supervisor/head of office, click here to download form)
3. Downloaded and signed PUP CBA GSEE Application Form (from PUP iApply)
4. Photocopy Transcript of Records (from previous school attended)
5. Photocopy Birth Certificate (PSA Authenticated)
6. Photocopy Certificate of Marriage (for married female applicant only)
7. Certificate of  Employment
8. Comprehensive Resume
9. 4-page write-up (concept paper)
10. One copy ID picture, 2"x2" (recent and in formal attire w/ white background)

Additional Requirements for Exam Passer

Original copy of the following:

1. NBI, Police or Barangay Clearance
2. Medical Certificate

Admission Prerequisites

Master's

1. Earned Bachelor's Degree - Appropriate or related to the program of intent; if the bachelor's degree is in another field, the applicant has to make up for deficiencies by taking 18 units of pre-degree courses prescribed in the relevant program of studies in this university.
2. Qualify in the admission evaluation
3. At least two (2) years working experience
4. Pass the interview by the Program Chair and/or the Dean

Doctorate

1. Holder of an appropriate master's degree (with thesis) from a university or college of recognized standing.  If the master's degree is in another field, the applicant has to make up for deficiencies by taking pre-degree (master's) courses prescribed in the relevant program of studies in this university.
2. Qualify in the admission evaluation
3. Pass the interview by the Program Chair and/or the Dean
4. Have a minimum of three (3) years work experience

An applicant with a non-thesis master's degree shall be required to enroll in Thesis Writing, pass the Oral Defense and submit final copies of the paper to the Registrar's Office before taking doctorate courses.

Schedule of Fees

Tuition per unit:
Php 750.00 for Master's degree program
Php 1,000.00 for Doctorate degree program

Miscellaneous fees: Php 1,725.00
