The College of Business Administration is accepting online application for its CBA-GSEE for the Summer Term 2020.

For MBA: 9:30 AM to 11:30 AM, 1:30 PM to 3:30 PM

Entrance Exam Fee:  PhP 500.00 - pay the fee to the PUP Main Cashier's Office after submission and evaluation of complete documents.

Application/Admission Requirements for MBA

  • Original and Photocopy/CTC of Transcript of Records (from the school last attended)
  • Original and Photocopy of Philippine Statistics Authority (PSA) authenticated Birth Certificate
  • Original and Photocopy of PSA authenticated Marriage Certificate (for female married applicant only)
  • Softcopy of recent ID picture, 2"x2" (with complete name and in formal attire w/ white background) - for online application
  • Downloaded and signed GSEE Application Form, attached with 2”x2” ID picture that you uploaded during online application
  • Downloaded payment voucher
Original copy of the following:
  • Certificate of Employment or Service Record (if employed-minimum of two (2) years work experience
  • Certificate of Good Moral Character (from employer) or Brgy. Certificate or Clearance from NBI/Police within the last 6 months
  • Medical Certificate within the last 6 months (“Fit to Study”)

Additional Requirements for GSEE-CBA Passers

  • Updated Curriculum Vitae/Resume (including research works and publications, if any)
  • A two-page, double spaced write up discussing or describing the research area, idea, or interest that the applicant would like to investigate in his/her thesis/dissertation.  The write-up should be on short bond paper and encoded using Arial font size 12.

Admission Prerequisites

  • Bachelor's Degree - Appropriate or related to the program; if the bachelor’s degree is in another field, the applicant has to make up for deficiencies by taking 18 units of pre-degree courses prescribed in the relevant program of studies in this University.
  • Grade Requirement - A scholastic rating of at least 2.0, B, 85% or better in the undergraduate courses
  • Qualify in the admission examination
  • Pass the interview by the Program Chair and/or the Dean

Admission Prerequisites

A student who wishes to be admitted in a doctorate degree program must comply with the following prerequisites:

  • Holder of an appropriate master’s degree (with thesis) from a university or college of recognized standing.  If the master’s degree is in another field, the applicant has to make up for deficiencies by taking 18 units of pre-degree courses prescribed in the relevant program of studies in this University.
  • A scholastic rating of at least 1.75, B+, or 87% in the master’s degree courses
  • Qualify in the admission examination
  • Pass the interview by the Program Chair and/or the Dean

An applicant with a non-thesis master’s degree shall be required to enroll in Thesis Writing, pass the Oral Defense and submit final copies of the paper to the Registrar’s Office before taking doctorate courses.

Enrollment Period: April 1 to 4, 2020
Start of Classes: April 18, 2020
Adjustment Period: April 1 to 18, 2020

Documents and Other Requirements: What to bring during Enrollment

Applicants who meet all the prerequisites for admission in the doctorate or master’s degree program applied for shall submit to the Graduate School Registrar the following:

  • Admission Record (with 2”x2” ID picture attached on it, recent and in formal attire w/ white background), downloaded and signed
  • Pre-registration Form – downloaded
  • Undertaking – downloaded and signed
  • One long brown envelope
  • Transfer Credentials/Honorable Dismissal and Original Transcript of Records of highest degree earned from the school last attended (with remarks “Copy for PUP Graduate Studies”)

Schedule of Fees

Tuition per unit:
Php 750.00 for Master’s degree program
Php 1,000.00 for Doctorate degree program

Miscellaneous fees: Php 1,725.00
