Duties and Responsibilities: · In charge for inputs to the Sales Senior Business Managers as well as the management for strategic business and promotional plans for current and future services. · Responsible for recruiting, training, developing, and supervising Hospital Sales Representatives/Specialists. · Evaluate and identify improvement and development opportunities for the team. · Ensure compliance with company policies and expectations. · Set and maintain competent product knowledge and selling skills standards within the team.

Qualifications: · 3-5 years solid experience as a Team Manager · Proven competency to lead a team of 6-7 medical sales representatives achieving the assigned monthly and annual sales objectives. · Bachelor’s Degree · Minimum of 1year work experience · Proficient in MS Office · Strong Negotiation Skills · Effective communication skills · Exceptional customer service skills · Persuasive and resilient
