Description: We are looking to hire a passionate professional with significant experience and understanding of product marketing/management to jumpstart Philcare Pharma’s entry into the nephrology segment of the local healthcare market. We are looking for dynamic professionals for the following specializations: Cardio-Metabolic Care Anesthesia & Critical Care This position will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing initiatives and programs to drive growth and profitability for the newly launched renal care division – within the organization. This position will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing initiatives and
programs to drive growth and profitability for the newly launched renal care division – within the
organization.
A successful candidate should possess strong marketing and clinical proficiency, cross-
functional leadership skills, the ability to synthesize solutions and recommendations for
assigned projects and be team-oriented. This role leads and supports both strategic, tactical,
and scientific marketing activities.
Duties and Responsibilities: · Understand disease pathology, how it impacts the patient, and where the assigned products best fit during the treatment process. · Prepare pre-launch readiness including advocacy development, positioning/strategy development, and market assessment · Develop and execute a brand strategy plan (BSP) and strategies based on the analysis and research of market data, align with the product strategies/positioning. · Forecast, plan, allocate, and manage a budget to maximize resource allocation and ROI. · Establish relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), Healthcare Professionals (HCPs), and relevant decision-makers in nephrology and renal healthcare practice. · Conduct regular field force training on the assigned products, product positioning, and key messages. · Coordinating the preparation of marketing materials including presentations, brochures, and demo samples to effectively describe the product and its uses. · Participate in planning sales promotion and advertising in support of existing products, and determine market strategies and sales tactics to achieve product objectives. · Attend regular sales meetings and joint calls. · Coordinate digital marketing efforts including social media and other inbound marketing activities as required. · Regularly review and update the sales team/s on relevant clinical and market information and data for the assigned products to enable them to have a competitive edge in promotion and sales. · Regularly conduct market research to understand the market, competitors, and brand positioning.

Flexibility and Adaptability. · Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmacy, Nursing, Medicine, or a related field. · 3-5 years of experience in marketing, product management, clinical education, sales, or related business management roles preferably related to Anti-infective products, Cardio-Metabolic products, Anesthesia & Critical Care products, and Renal Care Products. · Experience speaking and presenting to clinical profiles, dialysis nurses, other health care practitioners. · Proven ability to drive success in an entrepreneurial organization, working with different internal and external/customer cultures. · Proven drive, proactivity, and willingness to succeed in an entrepreneurial organization. · Proven analytical and creative talent, tactical and strategic thinking, and innovative and pragmatic approaches. · Proven strengths in multi-tasking and project management. · Excellent communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills.
