Scholarship and Financial Grants
In line with its commitment to democratize access to educational opportunities, the university pursues its program of scholarship and financial aid to qualified students.
3.1 A financial aid in the form of full or partial tuition fee discount given to the following students for rendering their special talents to the service of the University in general and the PUPLHS in particular:

The probationary status of a student is decided upon by the school authorities.

At the end of the school year, a year-end deliberation is held by the committee to discuss the status of every student.

The class standing, which is variedly apportioned in the different subject areas, includes quizzes, recitation, homework, projects, term papers, and other requirements of similar nature.

Attendance and Punctuality
Every student should wear the uniform prescribed by the school at all times.
Refrain from sporting faddish haircut inappropriate for school. Boys must have a clean manly haircut. Girls must keep their hair properly combed and pinned.
The school considers certain acts as serious offenses subject to official warning:
The students must be informed in writing of the nature of any accusations against them, and they shall have the right to answer the charges against them.
All offenses shall be reported to the parents or guardians of the offender through the Guidance Counseling Office or Principal's Office.
The evidence must be considered by the investigating committee designated by the school authorities to hear and decide the case.
Appropriate disciplinary sanctions for non-observance of the University norms shall be provided. Such sanctions shall take the forms of:
expulsion suspension probation reprimand warning any other sanction/s as may recommended by the Guidance Counselor to Principal and the LHS Student Disciplinary Board based on the PUP Student Handbook.
