Polytechnic University of the Philippines (PUP) Open University System (OUS) Executive Director, Prof. Carmencita L. Castolo, recently led a delegation to the LiPACE Symposium on Advancement of Continuing Professional Development Programmes. The event, hosted by the Division of Part-time and Non-local Programmes (PNP) of LiPACE, took place on December 1, 2023.
