A total of 1,398 PUPians passed the September 2019 Licensure Examinations for Teachers. Of the total, 289 are now licensed Elementary teachers, while 1,109 are Secondary teachers. The results were released on December 1.
Judy Joy Isaac from PUP Unisan ranked tenth place among LET Elementary takers with a rating of 89.80%. PUP Sta. Mesa is one of the top performing schools at sixth place in the same category with a passing rate of 88.04%.
The September 2019 LET Elementary has two parts: General Education and Professional Education; while LET Secondary has three: General Education, Professional Education, and Specialization, with latter depending on the chosen course of the examiner. The examinations were administered by the Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) and the Board for Professional Teachers (BPT).
