Duties and Responsibilities: 1. Content Creation: Develop engaging and relevant content for various social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTok. Collaborate with the marketing team to align content with overall brand messaging and objectives. 2. Community Engagement: Monitor social media channels, respond to comments and messages, and engage with followers to foster a sense of community and build brand loyalty. Proactively seek opportunities to initiate conversations and drive user engagement. 3. Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and optimize social media advertising campaigns to reach target audiences and achieve campaign objectives. Monitor campaign performance and adjust strategies as needed to maximize results. 4. Analytics and Reporting: Track key metrics and performance indicators across social media channels. Analyze data to gain insights into audience behavior, campaign effectiveness, and content performance. Prepare regular reports to inform decision-making and strategy refinement. 5. Trend Monitoring: Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, features, and best practices in social media marketing. Identify emerging trends and opportunities to capitalize on new platforms or strategies to enhance brand visibility and engagement. 6. Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing to ensure alignment of social media efforts with overall marketing initiatives and brand objectives. 7. Brand Advocacy: Cultivate relationships with influencers, brand ambassadors, and industry partners to amplify brand reach and visibility. Identify opportunities for partnerships and collaborations to enhance brand credibility and authenticity.

Qualifications: 1. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field. 2. Proven experience in social media marketing, with a strong portfolio showcasing successful campaigns and content creation. 3. In-depth knowledge of social media platforms, algorithms, and advertising tools. 4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. 5. Creative thinking and the ability to generate innovative ideas. 6. Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools. 7. Experience with social media management tools and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Facebook Insights). 8. Familiarity with graphic design and video editing tools is a plus
